    A contract for a penthouse in Brooklyn’s costliest constructing topped a scorching luxurious market in Brooklyn final week. 

    The deal was one in all 27 signed — 14 for condos and 13 homes — for a complete contract quantity of $94 million from Feb. 2 to Feb. 8 for houses asking at the very least $2 million, in keeping with Compass’ weekly report.
