    There have been 103 transactions over $100,000 totaling $212.5 million filed in New York Metropolis data within the 24 hours earlier than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

    🏆 Industrial: The costliest business transaction on Wednesday was $33.1 million for a portfolio of seven multi-family properties totaling 318 residential items. The properties embrace 402–412 West 148th Road in Hamilton Heights, Manhattan; 1296 Pacific Road and 1023 Carroll Road in Crown Heights, Brooklyn; 86-20 Park Lane South in Woodhaven, Queens; 2800 Heath Avenue in Kingsbridge, the Bronx; 639–645 West 207th Road in Manhattan; and 155 Audubon Avenue in Washington Heights, Manhattan. The vendor was an affiliate of the now-bankrupt Pinnacle Group. As reported by TRD, Zohar Levy’s Summit Properties positioned a $451 million stalking-horse bid for its 93-building, roughly 5,200-unit portfolio. 

    🏆 Residential: On Wednesday, the most costly residential sale was $22 million for a 3,173-square-foot condominium at 15 Central Park West in Lincoln Sq.. Carrie C Chiang with The Corcoran Group represented the sellers, Hector & Helen Torres. They bought the unit for $8.9 million in 2008. The client is a belief tied to Vikas Erraballi, Senior Vice President of AI & Digital Transformation on the Heritage Financial institution of Commerce. 

    📊 Industrial: In Nice Kills, Staten Island, 4051 Hylan Boulevard offered for $10 million. 

    7506 Bay Ridge Realty, LLC, offered the 12,487-square-foot retail property to Agree Realty Company. 

    📊 Residential: In Tribeca, unit 48W at 56 Leonard Road offered for $17.4 million. The condominium has 4 beds and 4 and a half loos and traded for $4,851 per sq. foot. Eric Brown and Zeve Salman with The Elevated Crew at Compass had the listing. The property final traded for $14.5 million in 2017.

    📊 Residential: Subsequent, unit 10E at Naftali’s “The Henry” on the Higher West Facet offered for $10.8 million. The sponsor-sale condominium at 211 West 84th Road has 4 beds, 5 loos and is 3,104 sq. toes. Alexa Lambert, Alison Black and Shelton Smith with Compass had the listing.
