    There have been 226 transactions over $100,000 totaling $404.6 million filed in New York Metropolis information within the 24 hours earlier than 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

    🏆 Industrial: On Thursday, the most costly industrial sale was $65 million for the 81,172-square-foot mixed-use property at 206 Kent Avenue in North Williamsburg. G4 Capital took the property after a deliberate foreclosures public sale from Cornell Realty Administration and Yitzchak Tessler. The Real Deal reported on the unique mortgage for the event challenge in 2020. 

    🏆 Residential: The priciest residential sale was unit 723 at The Astor, 235 West seventy fifth Road, which bought for $7.75 million. Kyle Egan, Katherine Gauthier and Will Rivera at Douglas Elliman had the listing.

    📊 Industrial: Within the Willowbrook neighborhood of Staten Island, 2025 Richmond Avenue bought for $10.25 million. An entity tied to Savo Brothers Improvement bought the 28,250-square-foot buying heart to Ella Goldin with A Pleasant Face. 

    📊 Residential: On the Higher West Facet, 33 West ninety fifth Road bought for $6.1 million.  The sellers, Mage McManus & Frederick Schock bought the house for $6.3 million in 2022. Brad Ingalls, Brendon O’Rourke, Emrah Akyildiz and Gil Khoury with Sotheby’s represented the vendor.
