    Suzy Welch has accomplished her push to downsize on the Upper East Side. 

    The writer and widow of former Normal Electrical CEO Jack Welch bought her Higher East Aspect townhouse at 160 East 81st Road for $23 million, property data present. Welch had listed the house in November with Corcoran’s Deborah Grubman for $26 million.

    Welch started her profession as a reporter. After marrying Jack Welch in 2004, she co-authored a variety of books with him on enterprise {and professional} improvement. In 2023, she was appointed to the college of the NYU Stern Faculty of Enterprise.
