    Triangle Equities is seeking to money out on the residential portion of its Lighthouse Point improvement on the Staten Island waterfront, after years of building delays, a contractor chapter and pandemic-era setbacks.

    The developer is eyeing $45 million for the leasehold curiosity within the 115-unit residence constructing at 5 Bay Avenue within the St. George neighborhood, a little bit greater than a 12 months after the event opened.
