    Clayton Residence Constructing Group launched a brand new line of smaller, factory-built houses beneath its TRU model aimed toward price-sensitive patrons and infill tons, in line with an organization announcement.

    The TRU Mini Residence Assortment options houses beneath 900 sq. toes with two- and three-bedroom flooring plans.

    The houses are inbuilt Clayton’s HUD-code manufactured housing services and are designed to suit on narrower websites than typical manufactured houses, increasing choices for land-constrained communities and smaller parcels.
