    6) Lungi | 31-19 Newton Avenue | Astoria | 7,500 sf

    The restaurant signed a brand new lease within the Astoria constructing. Ryan Adhami of Schuckman Realty represented the tenant, whereas James Famularo, Jacob Mayer and Marcelo Demoraes of Meridian Retail Leasing represented the owner, Phoenix Administration 23.

    7) Escapology | 45 Rockefeller Plaza | Plaza District | 7,300 sf

    The escape room inked a brand new lease within the Plaza District constructing. Jason Pruger and Jason Stein of Newmark represented the tenant, whereas Reed Zukerman of Tishman Speyer represented the owner in-house.

    8) Maman | 66 Water Avenue | Fulton Ferry | 6,600 sf

    The bakery signed a brand new lease within the Fulton Ferry constructing. Maman’s personal Guss Firestein represented the tenant in-house alongside Emily Inexperienced and Taryn Brandes of Model City, whereas Alyssa Zahler and Elizabeth Bueno of Two Timber Administration represented the owner in-house.

    9) Yoga Joint | 470 Park Avenue South | Garment District | 6,400 sf

    The yoga studio inked a brand new lease within the Garment District constructing. Peter Levine of Constitution Realty represented the tenant, whereas Michael Cohen, Andrew Roos and Robert Getreu of Williams Equities represented the owner in-house alongside Thomas Citron and Adam Moss of Colliers.

    10) Jack Doyle’s Pub & Restaurant | 240 West thirty fifth Avenue | Penn Plaza | 6,300 sf

    The pub inked a brand new 15-year lease within the Penn Plaza constructing. Woody King and Todd Korren of Lee & Associates NYC represented the owner, MetLife Funding Administration.
