    A remade Brooklyn Heights townhouse topped Brooklyn’s luxurious contracts final week. 

    The contract was one in all 19 signed — six condos, one co-op, 12 single-family properties — for properties asking at the least $2 million, in response to Compass’ weekly contracts report. The whole contract quantity was $73 million.
