    Midtown Capital Companions scooped up a 14-property industrial portfolio in Doral for $86 million, a near-record worth for Miami-Dade County. 

    The portfolio spans 300,000 sq. ft alongside Northwest 54th Avenue, Northwest 56th Avenue, Northwest 79th Avenue and Northwest 82nd Avenue, in line with a press launch. The deal penciled out to $296 per sq. foot.
