    A Spanish lodge operator is betting on Manhattan’s hospitality restoration.

    Barcelona-based Eurostars Resort Firm purchased the 107-key Chemists’ Club Hotel for about $95 million from Spanish funding agency Azora, sources with data of the deal mentioned. That breaks all the way down to about $888,000 per key for the recently-renovated property at 52 East forty first Road.

    Azora and Eurostars didn’t instantly reply to requests for remark. Eastdil Secured, which suggested the vendor on the deal, declined to remark.
