    CMLS unveils new 2026 board, names Nicole Jensen chair

    The remaining board members embody Brad Bjelke, the CEO of UtahRealEstate.com; Chris Carrillo, the CEO of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems; Artwork Carter, the CEO of California Regional MLS; Matt Consalvo, the CEO of Arizona Regional MLS; Shayne Fairley, the COO of Stellar MLS; Richard Haggerty, the CEO of OneKey MLS; Chris Haran, the managing director and chief expertise officer of Midwest Real Estate Data; Jerry Legrand, the CTO of APEX MLS; Shelley Specchio, the CEO of MIBOR Dealer Itemizing Cooperative; and Rob Wagoner the senior vice chairman and MLS director of Heartland MLS. 

    Fairley and Legrand had been each newly elected to serve four-year phrases on the board, whereas Bjelke, Bosch, Specchio and Wagoner had been re-elected to serve new four-year phrases. Carter was appointed to fill a emptiness and full the remaining time period.

    The board is elected by CMLS’ basic membership, whereas the sitting board elects officers.

    In accordance with CMLS, the 2026 board may have a “strategic deal with coverage, collaboration, and creating frameworks that empower MLSs to evolve with confidence.”
