    Pickleball stays the fastest-growing sport within the U.S., and its actual property footprint is rising with it. Two pickleball leases ranked amongst New York Metropolis’s largest retail offers final month, alongside a mixture of health and attire tenants. However neither claimed the highest spot.

    1) Chelsea Piers Health | 250 Water Road | Seaport | 76,000 sf

    The gymnasium inked a brand new lease spanning 5 flooring of the Seaport constructing, being developed by Tavros and Atlas Capital.

    2) Burlington | 458 86th Road | Bay Ridge | 44,000 sf

    The retailer inked a brand new lease within the Bay Ridge constructing which started redevelopment by MCB Actual Property final 12 months.

    3) Zara | 184 Bedford Avenue | Williamsburg | 22,000 sf

    The attire retailer signed a brand new lease within the Williamsburg constructing. Mitchell Dearman of MCD Retail represented the tenant, whereas Ariel Schuster, Tyler King and Michael Paster of Newmark represented the owner, L3 Capital.

    4) Goodland Pickleball | 98-22 Queens Boulevard | Rego Park | 15,500 sf

    The pickleball membership inked a duo of latest leases within the Rego Park constructing. The tenant was represented in-house. The constructing’s landlord is RB Realty Capital.

    5) Goodland Pickleball | 105 North thirteenth Road | Williamsburg | 14,600 sf

    For its second lease, the pickleball membership signed a brand new deal within the Williamsburg constructing. The tenant was represented in-house, as soon as once more. The constructing’s landlord is the Rabsky Group.

    6) Planet Health | 532 Neptune Avenue | Coney Island | 14,500 sf

    The gymnasium inked a brand new 10-year lease within the Coney Island constructing. A crew from CBRE represented the tenant. The constructing’s landlords are Cammeby’s Worldwide Group and Rybak Growth.

    8) Complete Meals Market | 509 Third Avenue | Murray Hill | 9,000 sf

    The grocery chain inked a brand new 15-year lease within the Murray Hill constructing owned by Kahen Properties and Lalezarian Properties. Paul Hilliard of Complete Meals Market represented the tenant in-house, whereas Majid Kahen of Kahen Properties represented the owner in-house.

    9) Madewell | 1 Rockefeller Plaza | Plaza District | 7,300 sf

    The denim model signed a brand new lease within the Plaza District constructing. Karen Bellantoni, Steve Merkel and Pierce Thompson of Newmark represented the tenant, whereas Lucy Phillips of Tishman Speyer represented the owner in home.

    10) Crab Home | 11 East thirteenth Road | Greenwich Village | 6,500 sf

    The restaurant inked a brand new lease within the Greenwich Village constructing. Ygal Laham of KSR represented the tenant, whereas Carson Shahrabani and Noam Aziz of Meridian Capital Group represented the owner, Arnold Toren.
