    There have been 177 transactions totaling $612 million filed in New York Metropolis data within the 24 hours earlier than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13.

    🏆Residential: The East Village logged the priciest recorded residential transaction. PIP Ventures LLC bought a townhouse at 14 East 2nd Road for $6.2 million. The sellers have been the Hornedo and Leach households, which had owned the property for many years. The three-family house spans about 3,700 sq. toes.

    🏆Business: The highest business sale to hit data was for a mixed-use residential and business constructing within the Meatpacking District at 675 Hudson Road for $100 million. An organization tied to Robert Cayre was the vendor, and London-based Birley Propco LLC was the customer.

    📊Business: Two buildings in Manhattan Valley at 133 West 104th Road and 200 Manhattan Avenue offered for $75 million. An affiliate of L&M Improvement Companions was the vendor, and the customer was an LLC tied to Nuveen. The condominium buildings complete about 143,100 sq. toes with 209 models between them. 

    📊Business: In Hamilton Heights, condominium buildings at 520 West 145th Road  and 524 West 145th Road offered for $25.8 million. New York-based Wavecrest Administration was the vendor, and the customer was Metropolitan Realty Group, based mostly in Nice Neck, New York The buildings characteristic 74 models over a complete of round 89,500 sq. toes. This sale breaks all the way down to $290 per sq. foot. The transaction follows one other current commerce between the 2 corporations, with the sale of two different complexes within the neighborhood for $19.2 million.

    📊Business: A constructing in Gramercy Park hit data for $81.5 million at 281 Park Avenue South. RFR was the vendor, and Makalu Property LLC was the customer. The round 40,700-square-foot workplace sale breaks all the way down to about $2,000 per sq. foot.
