    1) Life Time | 83 Wythe Avenue | Williamsburg | 71,000 sf

    The health club inked a brand new lease within the Williamsburg constructing, taking on the retail portion of the brand new improvement. The constructing’s proprietor is Double U Improvement. 

    2) Bar des Prés | 345 Park Avenue | Plaza District | 22,000 sf

    The dispensary signed a brand new 20-year lease within the Queens Village constructing. Louis Peter Cotrone of X Actual Property Group represented the tenant, whereas Joshua Kleinberg and Samuel Essery of Colliers represented the owner, Karan Zoria.

    8) Olio e Più | 106 Third Avenue | East Village | 5,000 sf

    The Italian restaurant inked a lease for a brand new location within the East Village constructing. Each the tenant and the owner, Solil Administration, had been represented by Jarrett Sharp of Murro Realty.
