    Real Brokerage settles lawsuit with former CFO Michelle Ressler

    In a joint replace letter filed on Thursday, Allison Van Campen, Ressler’s lawyer, advised Decide Analisa Torres that following mediation on Oct. 30, the events reached “a settlement in precept.” 

    Within the letter, Van Campen advised Decide Torres that the events had been asking the courtroom to increase all deadlines till December 17, 2025, whereas they finalize the phrases of a written settlement settlement and totally resolve the matter.

    The events agreed to enter mediation in late August. 

    Resulting from their determination to settle the lawsuit, Decide Torres issued a ruling dismissing the lawsuit on Thursday. 

    Ressler joined Actual in July 2020 as vp of finance and was promoted to CFO three months later.

    Actual didn’t instantly return HousingWire’s request for remark.
