    East Gate Buyers and SC Holdings signed a 29-year lease for 52,000 sq. toes on the transformed co-op St. George Tower at 111 Hicks Road. The personal fairness companies plan to open Kings Athletic Membership, a non-public racquet and wellness membership with a pool, two tennis courts, a squash courtroom, pickleball, golf simulators and a bar and restaurant, per Curbed. Helmsley Spear’s Michael Dubin represented the co-op board within the negotiations, alongside DL Companions’ Bruce Lederman and Grace Betancourt.

    5. Sky Zone | Flushing | 50,000 sq. toes

    Sky Zone signed a 50,000-square-foot lease at The Outlets at Skyview, the Flushing mall that Blackstone subsidiary ShopCore Properties is in contract to promote. The Utah-based trampoline park chain will occupy the fifth ground of the purchasing middle at 40-24 Faculty Level Boulevard. The area is about to open in summer season 2026, per Business Observer.
