    Veris Sells Harborside Site in Jersey City for $75M

    Veris Residential is parting with one other portion of the Harborside advanced on the Jersey Metropolis waterfront, handing the keys of a large improvement mission to Panepinto Properties.

    Panepinto acquired Harborside 8 and 9 at 3 Second Road and 242 Hudson Road from Veris for $75 million, NJ.com reported. The four-acre improvement web site already holds full approval for a large-scale residential and retail advanced on the Hudson River.

    At Harborside 8, Panepinto will construct a 65-story, 678-unit condominium constructing with 8,500 sq. toes of retail house, a 350-space parking storage and a redesigned public park. At Harborside 9, in the meantime, web site plan approval final 12 months requires a 57-story constructing with 579 items, 15,000 sq. toes of retail house and a 555-space storage.
