    The deal for the 29,300-square-foot constructing, which works out to $3,413 per sq. foot, was financed with a $165 million mortgage from HSBC.

    Aurora Capital, led by Robert Cayre, purchased the historic brick constructing for $1,706 per sq. foot.

    Pending approval from the town’s Landmarks Preservation Fee, Caprice goals to transform it into the New York outpost of the London personal membership, Annabel’s. The membership was as soon as beneath the hospitality empire owned by British businessman Richard Caring.
