BXP is a number of years away from delivering its trophy Midtown workplace tower at 343 Madison Avenue, however tenants are lining as much as seize important chunks of house.
Legislation agency McDermott Will & Schulte is in discussions to take 150,000 sq. ft on the improvement, the Business Observer reported. The deal has not been finalized but and will nonetheless collapse.
