    Notorious Manhattan landlord Steve Croman has been hit with new foreclosures instances related to 11 properties.     In some instances, the lender argues these behaviors justify a judgment on Croman personally, not simply the borrowing entities he’s related to.     Seven of the foreclosures instances have been introduced by different lenders. These complete $42.4 million in principal.
