Capgemini inked a 10-year deal for a part of the twenty second flooring of the newly redeveloped workplace tower above Penn Station. The asking hire was $120 per sq. foot.

JLL’s Chad Baker, Invoice Peters and Scott Cahaly represented Capgemini within the deal. Vornado was represented in-house by Josh Glick, Jared Silverman and Anthony Cugini, together with a Cushman & Wakefield group led by Bruce Mosler and Josh Kuriloff.
