    NYCEDC, the 2 terminals’ landlord, is a public profit company and serves to advertise financial growth in New York.     As of 2022, asking rents within the terminal had ranged from $18 to $25 per sq. foot.

    Audible Distinction signed the largest lease of the group, a five-year settlement for 47,107 sq. toes. 

    “Audible Distinction was based in Brooklyn, and our transfer to the Brooklyn Military Terminal marks an vital step in deepening these roots,” Audible Distinction principal Erich Bechtel stated in a launch.

    MADE Bush Terminal signed Makelab, an on-demand 3D printing firm, to a five-year lease for 3,840 sq. toes. The campus focuses particularly on industrial workspace. 

    Brooklyn Military Terminal was inbuilt 1918 as a army provide base and was lively by way of World Struggle II. It ended army operations in 1966 and was bought by the town in 1981. The campus incorporates 4.3 million sq. toes of house on the Brooklyn waterfront.
